Disability and Transgender Survivors Webinar

Transgender and gender non-conforming individuals experience extremely high rates of violence, as well as live with higher-than-average rates of physical and mental health conditions. This webinar explores the barriers and experiences of transgender survivors with disabilities, through information and statistics about who they are and the types of violence they experience. Viewers will also learn about constructive and practical strategies for working with this multiply-marginalized population. The information in this webinar is a step up from introductory courses about trans issues.
