Emotional Safety Planning: Tools for your well-being before, during, and after a crisis
Trans Communities
Emotional safety planning is a process of thinking ahead about the supports and tools that someone can use in a crisis to care for their emotional well-being. With the increase in hate towards trans/nonbinary communities, it’s important that we take care of ourselves and each other. This training will share tools to develop or add to your emotional safety plan, discuss ways to access additional support, and provide a chance to briefly practice a few tools that may go into your own safety plan.
