Join FORGE and the Medical College of Wisconsin/Community & Cancer Science Network for a dialogue about trans/nonbinary health. We’d love to hear from you about topics including:
- Where you learn about health information
- What your relationship is like with your healthcare provider (if you have one)
- What stops you from seeing a medical provider (or what motivates you to)
- What types of preventive care you and your healthcare provider talk about (if any!)
- And more!
This is a paid opportunity to share your experiences! Fill out a brief survey and select a session that best fits your identity/experience. There is limited space for each group, so we’ll get back to you about if there is space and how to participate. Thanks for your interest!
