Time’s Up! Trans-Specific Resources

That’s how many trans and non-binary employees experienced problems or discrimination at work last year.* Many of these cases could be remedied by existing federal law – and FORGE can help you find a lawyer to help.

FORGE has been funded by the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund™ to help trans/non-binary workers find free legal advice if they have experienced sexual harassment or retaliation in their workplace. This webpage is where you will be able to find:

  • Fact sheets on your employment rights, specific to trans/non-binary people, and what you can do if they are violated.
  • Intake form for requesting legal assistance or referrals after experiencing sexual harassment or retaliation.
  • Announcement of a national webinar to help you learn your rights about workplace sexual harassment/retaliation.
  • Where FORGE will be offering in-person workshops on sexual harassment/retaliation in the workplace.
  • Resources for further information on sexual harassment/retaliation, specific to trans/non-binary people.
