A workshop at the Philadelphia Trans Health Conference Workshop Description: This interactive workshop will lovingly guide participants through a selection of trauma-informed experiences designed to promote a sense of calm, respite from the often harsh world, and a deeper feeling of well-being. Some exercises will be reflective (solo), while others will be more interactive. Everyone can choose to participate or witness at their level of comfort.
