One way providers can let transgender/gender non-conforming survivors and loved ones know that a provider or agency is trans-aware is to have brochures or other trans-specific information in the waiting room or brochure rack.
Since most agencies that serve survivors are small, with limited resources, FORGE has a geographically-neutral brochure for trans* survivors. We will send you as many copies as you would like — Free! Email AskFORGE [at] forge-forward [dot] org with your request.
