Photo Opportunities this Week!
Photographer Mia Nakano will join forces with FORGE this week at the Philadelphia Trans Health Conference. 22 slots are available for you to sign up on Thursday and Friday (June 13 and 14), between 11:00am and 5:00pm. You won’t want to miss this amazing opportunity with an amazing photographer.
Each session is scheduled for 30 minutes. It begins by completing a photo release form that includes your contact information and how you would like your image used (or not used). The photographer — Mia Nakano — will talk with you for a few minutes about what you would like, determine any boundaries, and help you feel more comfortable before beginning to take photographs.
Who is the photographer?
Mia Nakano will be taking all ESPAVO Project photos during the Philadelphia Trans Health Conference. Nakano is the Director of Visibility Project — a national portrait + video project dedicated to the Queer Asian American Women, Trans, and Gender non-conforming communities.
